As vice president of strategy and enablement at Opus Medical, Jean Brajuha leads efforts to align sales, account management and clinical operations to deliver exceptional client experiences and operational excellence. Brajuha oversees client implementations, client administration, and product management and support, and works closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen operations, enhance service offerings and drive continuous improvement.

Brajuha brings more than 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation managed care. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles focused on organizational management, strategic growth, client program development and service implementation. Known for building high-performing teams and scalable solutions, she is committed to helping organizations improve outcomes while delivering value to clients and the individuals they serve.

Brajuha earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Towson University and a Master of Health Science in rehabilitation counseling from Louisiana State University Medical Center School of Allied Health. She is a certified rehabilitation counselor and certified case manager. Her leadership approach is grounded in integrity, compassion and collaboration, reflecting a commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues while advancing meaningful results.

Outside of work, Brajuha enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, practicing meditation and playing pickleball.
