Expert Led
504 Network Management
Opus Medical delivers expert-led, evidence-based injury management solutions designed to help injured workers return to work quickly and safely while improving medical outcomes and reducing costs. Led by physicians specializing in occupational health, Opus Medical manages a network of 504 providers as part of our comprehensive management of workers’ compensation claims. This includes the recruitment and credentialing of top-tier providers, ongoing training and rigorous oversight of medical practices. The network features a broad range of specialty care—from occupational health and orthopedics to physical therapy and mental health—ensuring our clients have convenient access to high-quality, cost-effective treatment. Participation in the network is by invitation only, with providers selected through a transparent, thorough vetting process that includes site visits and interviews with Opus Medical physicians.
Non-subscriber Network
For Non-Subscribers–those companies operating under the Texas Option–Opus Medical oversees the full spectrum of care coordination, from provider recruitment and credentialing to ongoing education and clinical oversight. Our network includes a carefully selected group of specialists—ranging from occupational medicine and orthopedics to physical therapy and behavioral health—ensuring timely, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of Non-Subscriber employers. Provider participation is by invitation only. Each candidate undergoes a detailed vetting process, including in-person site evaluations and interviews with our team of occupational health physicians, to ensure alignment with our standards of excellence and commitment to best practices in injury care.



What We Do
Scheduling of Ancillary Services
Opus Medical offers convenient scheduling of quality ancillary care through our comprehensive, Texas-based network of more than 1,200 therapy and diagnostic centers, delivering timely, accurate care for injured workers across the state. Services include MRI, CT scans, X-rays, dopplers, ultrasounds, physical therapy, occupational therapy, certified hand therapy, vestibular rehabilitation and more—ensuring broad clinical coverage through highly qualified providers. The network stands out for its efficient scheduling system that reduces administrative burdens and delays, timely reporting to keep claims moving smoothly and competitive rates ranging from 110% of Medicare to the DWC fee schedule. With seamless integration options, including EDI, clients enjoy operational ease and transparency. Participation in the network is invitation-only, with ancillaries selected through rigorous vetting to ensure high standards of care.
