Kim Hannigan is a highly accomplished human resources executive with more than two decades of progressive experience spanning HR leadership, strategic human capital management and entrepreneurial ventures. To her role as vice president of human resources for Opus Medical, Kim brings a proven track record in corporate compliance, payroll administration, benefits administration, accounting and a broad range of HR functions. 

Prior to her current role, Kim served as the human resources executive for a preeminent bill review company, where she honed her expertise in human capital and personnel management. Her career also includes significant entrepreneurial success as the owner and operator of multiple franchise businesses for nearly a decade, demonstrating strong business acumen in start-up operations, accounting and human resources. Additionally, she held a leadership position in a delivery services company for almost two decades, highlighting her long-term dedication and comprehensive experience in both business ownership and human resources strategy. Kim’s strength is in connecting with her teammates on personal and professional levels, empowering others to bring their authentic selves into the workplace.

Kim achieves a healthy balance in her life by setting and sticking to boundaries and priorities. She finds the most peace when traveling – often on cruise ships – and putting her toes in the sand.
